Accessibility Statement
Kitchen Table Wellness Effective date: August 8th, 2026
Everyone's welcome at the table. That's not just something we say about our classes. It's how we want this website to work, too.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to browse this site, learn about our classes, and book a seat, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our benchmark.
What we've done
Written descriptions (alt text) for the images on our site
Clear heading structure so screen readers can navigate by section
Color combinations chosen for readable contrast
Buttons, links, and our FAQ that work by keyboard, not just mouse or touch
Text that can be resized with your browser's zoom without breaking the page
Where we're honest about limits
We're a small business, and our site is built on Squarespace, so some things depend on tools we don't fully control. We review the site as we update it, but we may miss something. If we do, we want to know.
If something isn't working for you
If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, please tell us. We'll do our best to fix it, and in the meantime we'll make sure you can still get what you came for. You can always book a class, ask about dietary accommodations, or get any information on this site by email or phone:

Accessibility at our classes
Our classes are held at various participating kitchens in St. Louis, MO. If you have questions about physical accessibility at the venue, or if there's an accommodation that would help you participate fully in an interactive hands-on class, reach out before you book and we'll talk it through together. We mean it: if you're curious about food and health, you belong here, and we'll work to make the class work for you.
