At Kitchen Table Wellness, we believe in real conversation, and that includes being straightforward about your information. Who we are

What we collect
When you book a class, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any dietary restrictions or allergies you choose to share with us.
When you pay, your payment is processed securely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of your payment and the last few digits of your card for order records.
When you visit our website, our website platform (Squarespace) collects standard technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and IP address, along with cookies that help the site function and help us understand how visitors use it. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
If you contact us or join our email list, we keep your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Why we collect it
We use your information to:
Reserve your seat and process your payment
Plan each class safely, including preparing substitutions for dietary restrictions and allergies
Send you booking confirmations, reminders, and class details

A note about dietary information
Dietary restrictions and allergies you share with us are used for one purpose only: preparing your class safely. We share them with our chef and kitchen team so substitutions are ready for you, and we don't use them for anything else.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever. We share it only with the services that make our business run:
Squarespace, which hosts our website and processes orders
Our payment processor, which handles payments securely
Various participating kitchens, our host venues, when needed to run a class safely.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and order records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. If you're on our email list, we keep your email until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
